Jo’s early passion for energy medicine began over 26 years ago and was profoundly influenced by the teachings of James L. Oschman, an internationally recognised leader in biophysics and energy healing. Her foundational understanding was shaped by his book Energy Medicine: The Scientific Basis and training materials from the Energy Medicine Research Institute. This early exposure laid the groundwork for Jo’s unique approach, integrating science-based principles with intuitive healing practices throughout her  successful coaching and therapy career. ​

Her journey into animal healing is an organic evolution of her lifelong love for animals and intuitive gifts. Jo is also the author of

- A Simple Guide to Mastering Your Superpowers, which explores energy, vibration, and frequency concepts that now extend into her healing work with animals.
